NEW DATE: Scouting For Food Sat., Feb. 13th
We'll distribute bags to local neighborhoods. Cub scouts will pick up full bags the following Saturday.

BSA 100th Anniversary Celebration! Monday, February 8th, 7-8 PM
Troop 42 will join other scouts at Newbridge Bank Ball Park in Greensboro for this once-in-a-lifetime event. Admission is one can of food. We will carpool from Covenant Church. Meet behind Covenant at 6:10 PM. We'll leave at 6:20 PM and return around 8:40 PM. (NOTE: This event is in place of our weekly troop meeting.) http://www.bsaonsc.org/birthday.html

Camping trip: Fort Bragg

Troop 42 is located in High Point, NC and is sponsored by Covenant Church United Methodist.

This web site is mainly intended to provide information to our scouts, parents, and friends about Troop 42's upcoming events.

Another goal is to provide news and photos about trips and events so that everyone can share in the experiences Troop 42 has learned from and the fun that we have.
